Aloha, I'm Marylee! I began this journey in 2012 to pursue my passion in skin, hair & makeup artistry. I moved to the breathtaking island of Oahu in 2015, and to the Emerald Coast in 2018. To say I have a love for the beach would be an understatement.

     I began learning my trade in 2009 through self-taught practice for makeup. My collection started off with a few bareMinerals® eyeshadows, and it has now grown to contain over 1,000 products. My love for the art began at an early age. My mother recalls a three-year-old Marylee begging her to allow her to do her hair and makeup. And I must say, I did a pretty good job! 

     In 2012 I decided to further my education in the field and attend Aveda Fredric's Institute. My knowledge and professionalism grew immensely in aesthetics and cosmetics during this time. With personalised training, and seminars by Van Council (owner of Van Michael Salons [award winning salon]), Daniel Holzberger (world renowned and multiple award winning hairstylist), and Horst Rechelbacher (founder of Aveda) my education was worth every penny. 

     Aveda provided me with the opportunity to advance my skills on two fashion shows. It was at this time where I felt I could shine. The fast paced, high energy atmosphere was something I thoroughly enjoyed. 

     I began working as an esthetician immediately out of school. This is where I fell in love with skincare. My knowledge of skin expanded immensely when I began working as a medical esthetician when I moved to Hawaii. This provided me the opportunity to see a different side of skin treatments. I attended several ongoing education courses that advanced my knowledge on several different treatments that expanded my tool belt as an esthetician.

       In 2017 I began working as a freelance makeup artist and hairstylist. Working with brides on their wedding day slowly started becoming a highlight of my career. I am so honored to be apart of such a special day for so many of you. This type of work has also allowed me to provide hair and makeup on set of several music videos and editorial shoots that have been featured globally.
